Aisha jamila Hinds was born in America, and is well-known for her part on The Shield. Since her debut, she's shown her ability to perform in series like Under the Dome, 9-1-1 Detroit and 1-8-7. She was first noticed for her role as Anna in 2005's film Assault on Precinct 13. However it was her role as the women's rights activist Fannie Lou Hamer in the biographical film All the Way that finally brought her recognition as an actor. Hind is also being acknowledged for her performance in the role she played in the role of Harriet Tubman within WGN America's historical drama series Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television has renewed the show to a third season. In the last few days, Hind completed filming for the Hollywood movie Godzilla: King of the Monsters that is set for a release in the middle of 2019. The father Krishnaraj is a senior Army scientist and died the 18th of March, 2017. The mother Vrinda was a housewife. Aditya Bachchan, an engineer in the Merchant Navy and is also her brother, works for her. Bachchan's brother co-produced and co-wrote the movie Dil Ka Rishta with their mother. Arya Vidya Mandir, Mumbai was where her parents had been living since they moved there. She finished her secondary education at Jai Hind College for a one year, before transferring to D.G. Ruparel College in Matunga where she received a 90% in the H.S.C. exams. The time she spent in adolescence was filled with studying music and classical dance for 5 years. Her favourite study was Zoology. Bachchan was a student of architecture when she was elected Miss World in 1994. This title pushed her into the modeling industry's speed lane. The year 2003 was the time she was offered attractive jobs at PepsiCo Inc. as well as Vogue magazine. She also got a contract as an L'Oreal Paris spokesmodel. The year 1997 was the time she starred in two acclaimed roles: Iruvar and Aur pyaar Hogaia. Bachchan gained prominence during The New Bollywood because both films turned the Bollywood film genre on its head. Bachchan was crowned the queen of Bollywood through her performance as Paro the lover who was betrayed of Paro in Devdas, (2002). Devdas was one of Bollywood's biggest successes. It was also the first film to screen at the Cannes Film Festival. Her performance was praised by the critics for her role of Chokher Bali (2003) the dramatic, ad-hoc drama that was based on the Rabindranath Tag book. In the same year, she was appointed as the first Indian actor on the Cannes Film Festival Jury. Bachchan appeared in Gurinder Chedha's Bride and Prejudice. This ballet-based musical reimagining of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice is directed by Gurinder. That was when Bachchan made her famous by bringing star power and beauty to her debut big English-language feature. In 2006, she came back to Bollywood by starring in the hit movie Dhoom: 2 before releasing Provoked: The True Story (2006). She married Abhishek Bachchan, a co-star and son of Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan. This marriage brought two of India's most powerful individuals together.
